I'm on day 2 of a 30-day keto diet I found ($36) online and used last year but fell off the wagon. I forgot how good the food is. Added butter to my coffee, too, with a short squirt of monkfruit.
My hardest craving is butter cream frosting, but I found a keto recipe for that, just in case. The YouTube video of "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off" is kind of a hoot, and very good. Thanks for giving up the recipes here. The hard part is transitioning to low-carb again later without overdoing it, I think.
