Subject: RE: Winter Wheat

Colby, KS
There’s a lot more 30-40 in western Kansas than 90.

I’ve never had so many custom harvesters come looking for work as this year. That tells me acres and yields are way down over a large area.

My wheat averaged 38. Last year 86. This is no big crop.

The crew who cut for me said I had the best wheat they cut yet. And they start in central Texas and come up thru OK and south central Kansas.
