buy it when it works with your other numbers and when you feel it is cheap compared to where it could go. For instance, if you think it has .50 of downside but $3 of upside, buy it now or over the next few weeks, if you feel it has $3 downside but .50 of upside, let it ride. That is how I do my fertilizer and fuel and it seems to work well.
