NEIA | We had something similar with ours. It was still under warranty. They replaced the fan. Fixed it for a while then problem came back. They replaced the fan again. Same thing. They called the company and found out that not only did they have bad fans, the shroud and sealing material also needed replaced. It was letting moist air from inside the fridge in freezing on the fan assembly. 5 years now and working fine. They repair guy also told me to remove or cut a bigger hole in what they call a duck bill on the end of the drain tube. It can get clogged up and not let it drain. | |
