It’s still not forecast for that much, it’s for potentially that much. Could be less, could be more. In reality it changes constantly depending on shifting conditions.
Yes, it’s something to consider, but people take it as gospel.
I’m not trying to start an argument. I’m just saying everybody needs to understand that they are just given a broad generalization of potential.
