Someone needs to preach it because most don't know how it works, but everyone throws the weatherman under the bus that he was wrong.
Unless you are reading the forecast discussions and truly following the weather and timing, you can't complain about the weathermen being wrong on a generic 5 day forecast for a 1/4 of a state. I'm actually quite impressed how accurate they can be within a couple days.
