I got lots of pictures off twitter. We're kinda "high" here and runs off fast. The entire RR valley is dead flat, slopes 6 inches/mile. When drains are full it just sits. Spring flooding was one issue, delayed seeding by 2 to 3 weeks. But it started dropping 1 to 6 inches of rain May and June. Some areas just got 6 inches this morning.

This guy is south of Winnipeg. Dry on top but water table is just below the surface. Says he is still 1300acres unseeded.
