I was thinking the version you want is 7.10B? I believe it's available on stellar support now. If you go into the brown emulator on the 2600 I'd think somewhere it should show the moisture sensor version.
Edit just looked on stellar support and the latest version is indeed 7.01B so I would think everything should work for you.
