If you cut all breads/wheat products from your diet, chances are good you have an allergy to one or more of the four wheat proteins.

I have cut out wheat, but I don't think wheat was the problem. The only thing I am allergic to is legume dust. Alfalfa, peas, beans, clover, etc. Nothing else bothers me at all. Doctors have never been able to figure out why it's just legumes that get me.
