Yields sub 40 for us can be pretty common. We only get tops 15 inches of rain a year maybe. I have seen our good years and know our land and what we get for rain that on a total of 15 to 20 inches rain to the east you should be able to hit 200 bushels fairly easily as we can hit 125 to 130 on 10 to inches.
