SW MI | Yes it is. Next time you have a nice skirt, take about a 5" long chunk, salt, pepper and cook it on a George Foreman grill to medium/medium rare. It's extremely basic and only takes 5 minutes but it is excellent. Steak snobs turn their noses up at it but a skirt prepared like that doesn't take the back seat to much.....well, a Delmonico on a pellet grill is hard to beat. | |
