Quite bitching? I guess I was simply trying to make conversation haha. My dad has that same mentality from his morning coffee crowd down at the coop. Annoys he heck out of me.

But yes I do agree. Cutting the custom guys out does help a little bit. I would say a medium sized operation here would be 5000 herd of sheep and 2 to 300 head of cattle. You can factor farm ground into that but that’s kind of a different range. Some guys still try to make dryland work here but it’s more of an insurance thing for them
