Faunsdale, AL | I’ve noticed a tendency for one of mine on a 4640 to be the same way. It starts swinging out but stops after a little way.
I haven’t tried lowering the whole boom down, but I can usually lower the tip of that side and the shaking?? or something will get the outer section past the hard spot and it’ll swing on around.
I’m working through all the hydraulics on the machine, all the hoses, cylinder seals etc have come to the end of their life. So that cylinder may very well be leaking by the piston seal internally. | |
