You can do it a couple ways. First would be to tap into each ignition wire and bring together at a relay. You’d need a diode on each wire to keep current from back feeding and powering up the ground controls when you’re in the basket or vise versa. The other way would be to tap into each ignition wire and have them run to their own relay. Then you could bring the two power wires from the relays together to power the fan. Current would back feed to the relay that’s not energized but shouldn’t go any further as the relay would just be an open circuit when not energized. The other way would be do the two relay setup but use them to control ground to the fan. This is probably how I’d do it if it were mine. Just be sure to have a fuse in the power wire leading to the fan.
