if the belt had too much tension from early on the fabric in the belt will stretch in the center at the incline and pretty much the only cures are turn it over and run it for awhile like that ,move wheels in or go to a heavier fabric belt ,basically stiffer . there is a rolling hold down that looks like a giant eggbeater but it smashes everything that's on the belt, ok in feed bad for everything else.if you're using a 120 pvg go to a 150, which is the # of lbs of carrying capacity the belt has . you can run the belt looser if there's a good pinch roll behind drive roll ,basically more surface in contact with drive roll . I see these problems in feed and manure separation conveyors a lot.
