| Honestly I don't know exactly why, I get 2 different awnsers if I call twice while talking to the same person.
I have emails with the yields and everything submitted in a timely manner and monthly emails asking what is the hold up for 1.5 years.
Same office that failed to file the paperwork for 2017 nap and they even cashed my check. Yet I did not receive nap and also had a hurricane that year, huge mess up.
Then agian it happened agian in 2021! With me hounding in them every other day to get it processed. They kept saying oh nobody was working because of covid.. and that a few days late didn't matter. I am fed up with them. The other counties I also do business with can't believe that goes on there. I have no issues with other counties. | |
