The unintended consequences will be maybe new rules made. Packers will be pissed, DOJ will never have smart enough attorneys to enforce a jaywalking case. Might slap packers with a pautry fine, it will the cost of doing business. Those costs will be passed onto the cow/calf and feeders. Status will remain the same. The consumer will be lucky to eat hotdogs for the next few years after selling their play toys to meet ends meet after paying for high interest and energy costs.

Everyday I think Uncle Joe can't get any dumber, he just impresses me more each day! Let's dump fuel tax, now more potholes in roads. Let's plant trees there, more green they say.
build more government offices. Hire more government personnel. Collect more data about private citizens so they can use it against us. There are plenty of solutions to return leverage to the cattlemen but I guess real reform will have to wait.
