North Central Texas
Might be about time every one quits drinking all the Kool aid. Those following Rcalf, usca, farmers union, and ocm included.

Now t rock this discussion is between you and I. When you look at what the bill does, it targets down here. We like our grid. Put yourself in redrobins place. He buys the shorthorns and Smokey's that will grade good. He has any me kill data that out does most on here. He sold on the grid. Now let some dufus order buyer look at his cattle at auction. He is going to get discounted big and the packer makes more money. My kiddo at 9 competes in feeder contests. One contest had cattle graded 3 ways. Ultrasound was ch+, live eval as an order buyer was ch-, and grid was prime. I'm surprised the packing industry isn't pushing for this bill. Letting it pass a screws the feeder down here because those order buyers are always going to go low.
