One method is to look at the output for one of your tips in a tip chart. This will depend on the pressure so pick the minimum pressure you wish to stay at or above. Once you find the tip output at that pressure multiply that values times the total number of tips and convert to gallons. This could be your minimum GPA with all booms ON. Many controllers will factor this value based on the boom sections that are actually ON.

Another quick & dirty method is to put the system in manual and manually decrease the pressure to the minimum point you feel comfortable with and check the Volume/minute on the display. Use that number as a lower limit or possibly increase it slightly.
