Let me know if it comes through ok - it is almost a meg so it could hang up in email somewhere. Even if you don't use it, maybe you can get some ideas on how you want yours to look and work. Becky said it is also on the University of Missouri Extension web site as we gave a presentation on it at Computers on the Farm a few years ago I believe. It can be downloaded from there also. I think it works pretty good for what we need.
