Subject: RE: Basement Drain Backing Up

NWIA
Have an older house also. Our septic is 3 curbs by the house for solids and another 3 curbs for gray water 30 feet from the house with a tile running out of there. On wetter years I have the same thing, the ground is full so it can’t get out. The wash machine and tub is what gets us in trouble. I keep a 2 inch pump in gray water hole in case I have to pump it out. If I see soap bubbles in the basement drain I better be heading to plug it in. Better on top of the ground than in the basement.
