There is a list of countries with no covid restrictions.

We have really good international communications, here, there's a small international airport literally 15 minutes down the road, Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stanstead airports are all viable from here, as are the Channel crossings and Eurostar. 

Having got back in to international travel 10 years ago, I'm really missing it. It wasn't worth it for most of the last 2 years vaccinated or not, because they changed the rules at a moment's notice, now things are easing off. We're starting a domestic holiday tomorrow, but looking to go to Iceland in December because we'd like to go there, and they have no restrictions. We'll see what happens when the time comes to start thinking about a week away this time next year, but Croatia has no restrictions and is now top of the list. We'll give all the countries that won't let me in the finger as we fly over them.

I have absolutely not regrets for turning down the government's kind offer of an untested vaccination for a disease that won't do me much harm
