I use Sitemate on an Ipaq 2215 hooked to a Trimble 132 and it works fine. AR Plowboy is right in that the CF GPS for Ipaqs are a little shakey. Farmworks use to sell cables for Ipaq to Greenstar I think. Check their web site.
