North Central Iowa | 400' would not get you high enough to get the whole field. As mentioned by bmatteson, you can use DroneDeploy. You can create an account an get a free trial period that will take care of flying the field, taking pictures, and then processing all the pictures into one georeferenced photo.
Another option I have been using is MapsMadeEasy (https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com). They also have a smart device app that will control the drone as well...much like DroneDeploy. This one also has a free period for new users, but then after that it is on a pay as you go. Does just a good of job as DroneDeploy IMHO.
