34 - no, they will be fine - HOWEVER 34 does not mean that’s what your field will see. It may be 28 in a valley, or a hilltop, notill residue cover may help, or hurt. Drive around Monday/Tuesday and see what it looks like. Last year there were beans froze off in your neighborhood- I got to walk the fields and turn in the seed paperwork. Last year the notill residue held the soil heat from rising and it smoked them - seen the exact opposite too. It’s better to know about it now as opposed to finding a 20 acre dead spot when you come in to spray. One thing about it- if yours are dead, then so others, so it’s not like you screwed anything up.


You are correct. Can be a solid 5-7 degree difference valley to top.
