80k is plenty of a stand to leave alone, IF they are evenly distributed.

We have acres that we plant 80k seeds on.





We're planning to leave them. We've seen neighbors try and start over this late and had terrible luck. (No moisture to germinate them, with uneven emergence) just feel cheated on buying 85% germ seed and them just wanting to sweep it under the rug. $14 dollar beans and starting behind the 8 ball is tough to swallow on what should be a good year for everybody.
