I hadn't thought about the treatment. If they were already bagged and treated the cost for disposal would be high.
Now we know why they sent them out...
If they sent them out labeled at 85% and they were 53 it looks like they have committed fraud. Perhaps if they don't make you happy, you should suggest that you may have to ask the Idals or State attorney general what they think is fair.


The beans we're packaged at a sister location for this company and I feel somebody messed up and either wrote the wrong germ or just pushed them through and didnt care about what would happen. After talking to company sounds like the 3 other grows that received this # also are in the same boat as me. All planted then when beans came up germ was way less then what tag showed. To me sounds like it was a bad batch and they should have canned them, but didn't.
