| I hadn't thought about the treatment. If they were already bagged and treated the cost for disposal would be high.
Now we know why they sent them out...
If they sent them out labeled at 85% and they were 53 it looks like they have committed fraud. Perhaps if they don't make you happy, you should suggest that you may have to ask the Idals or State attorney general what they think is fair.
