Amherst WI		Can I give you some advice?

I know your mad, I can also get mad, it's part of life. But if you unloaded on the product reps like that I wouldn't expect them to go out of their way to help you. You want them to "be your buddy" and if you unload on your buddy you won't have one when it comes time for a check to be written if that needs to happen.

Also another tip from farming for 25 years and being a product manager for a 12. Just buy generics whenever you can and apply your own if ever possible. The name brand chemistry companies will try to weasel out of bad performance just as bad as the generic company will, except you paid way more for it and have to fart around with their stupid points and reward programs. Save the money up front and be done with it. Then when something like this happens you saved $10+ per acre for X years you can use that savings to bail your own butt out because nobody is coming to save you any way.
