No, I think there is some sort of war going on, but Russia should have had this done weeks ago. It's not like Ukraine has anything close to what Russia would have. Unless we have been wrong since the 50's. So, what is going on?
Every time I hear "most transparent" or "most publicly viewed..." and it isn't all over news feeds like Iraq or Afghanistan, I'm thinking overstatement.
