Pittsburg, Kansas | For me the secret is a low carbohydrate lifestyle. I eat under 20 grams of carbs a day. This gives me appetite control. Then I don't eat breakfast because I'm not hungry till about noon. I eat a fairly large lunch, no snacks in between or I might eat some pork rinds about 6pm if supper is going to be later at seven or eightish. Then a big supper with usually about a pound of meat. That will take me till lunch the next day.
