I would think I would at least wait until late summer so one could see what costs are ( what will you be able to lock fertilizer, chemical and fuel in at and what market is. I am guessing that things may look a little different. When things are so out of wack, we haven’t seen the 9th in inning yet. We are in some real unchartered territory. Rents are going to go up but being responsible to everyone involved would be prudent right now. If it is this years rent than if negotiated last fall, rate would be a lot cheaper than negotiation now so would still kind of come with a more conservative rent and agree to a bonus in the fall if everything works out. This year is not in history books yet.
