Subject: RE: soil nutrient ratios

On ground that’s been heavily manured, p:zn is extremely important due to normally higher levels of phos. N:K on the tissue test is a key ratio. P:Mg I’ve found to be important on the tissue test as well as N:S. Calcium in relation to other nutrients such as boron is something I look at. On my sands I keep a close eye on the magnesium.
