central ohio | I have an 08 Hardi Commander 4400. It has five sections for the boom. The number 4 and 5 solenoids have not been turning and now I am getting an error message for section 4.
I tested the voltage back by the solenoids and they both are only getting about 8 volts. After tracing the wires and testing for voltage, I have discovered that the problem is in the circuit board in the white JobCom box. I have 12 volts coming in from the HC5500 controller but only have 8 volts after the wires go off the circuit board.
Does anyone know if these boards are repairable? I hate to think how expensive that thing is through Hardi.
I am including a couple of pictures for reference. At the top of the circuit board are some blinking LEDs. One of them is blinking red. That never seems to be a good sign when the others are all blinking green. I took a video of them if someone might know what they mean.
