Dust covers or Dust plugs?

I think you can replace a Deluxe Coupler with a standard, but you lose the doors and need the rubber plugs.

Shoup Part #SH300979 replaces the standard Deere part # AL221083. I don't see that Shoup has a replacement for the Deluxe.
