When you buy my farmland, you can have a say in how it is managed. Not trying to be a D, but it sure sounds like you are scolding many for how they farm their own ground.
I tried Strip tillage on some rolling ground more than a decade ago. I ended up with gullies down each row during even moderate rains as the soil was so loose in the strip. I've converted that ground to a modified no-till. Other ground gets from minimum till to full on tillage, all with a purpose. And that purpose it profitablity.
