I think you might be impressed with the weight balance of the 4440. We run basically all green but have red sprayers.
We have a 4420 at about 6,800 hrs now.

How will they increase the size of the tank to make it 1,600? Change/ remove a baffle?

We ordered a new 4440 last August (still no word on when it will be in) and it was only like $5K extra to go the 1,600 gal but not sure exactly how they do it. I thought it was a no brainer to go with the 1,600 and then just not fill it if ground is wet.

We have another 3320 over 6k hrs. No wheel motor issues or boom issues on either sprayer. Have had some hydro pump replacement needed but if I can remember correctly their life expectancy is about 3,000 hrs. I like rear engine machines due to weight balance and reduced engine noise. We rented a 4830 once and I could not wait to get back in the Patriot.
Only edge to Deere I could see was a better ride due to air bags.

I did not like the pro 700 either so upgraded to a Viper 4+ and I like it much better.

Just my $0.02. Good luck
