If TCU16495 is the correct part number, the NAPA interchange 6867BR, is 125.6 inches. Are you sure that all of your belt is there? Check to see if both of the broken ends look like they fit together—if not, you are missing a piece. JD Parts show the TCU16495 belt going from the electric clutch down to the deck, even with the serial number breaks.
