| We have a top air 1100 pull type sprayer with the raven 440. Last year we replaced the pump and flow meter. Now we are getting the sprayer ready and we notice everytime we turn the booms off and then turn them back on again I loose pressure, so bad that it drops down to close to 0 and slowly builds back up to 40 psi where are usually spray at. I can be just going 7 mph and turn off the boom and not slow down at all and turn it back on and the pressure just dives down. We already replaced the valve hoping that was the issue but it's not. Checked our power and we have 12v. 440 is hooked directly to the battery. Another thing we noticed which isn't normal is when I flip it to manual it won't spray at all until I increase the flow control to the desired 40 lbs. In years past I wouldn't have to touch that. Any ideas? | |
