| We have a 3 year old 6550ST manual Bourgault cart that we would like to switch over to a variable rate controller. I was wondering if that is possible without costing more than cart is worth. Was thinking if I put a different actuators with a Potentiometer on the 3 transmissions so rate controller would get signal of position than instead of me manually upping rate have it be controlled by rate controller with a prescription map. Right now wheel speed keeps a set rate in relation to transmission setting to achieve target rate for seeding. Just thinking of ideas. Thanks. | |
