Illinois | I don’t think many believe me when I tell this story.
Older neighbor who’s now deceased planted with an M and a 400 for lots of years. When his grandson came into the operation they bought a new 1250. First year while doing their annual plot they did a pass with each planter. Come harvest there was less than a bushel difference between the two. Seedbed was excellent and he could have planted lettuce there. I know at one time the old boy let it slip that he was in the top 3% of profit in his bracket for Farm business Farm management(fbfm). I can understand your dislike but I kinda have a little Respect for those machines. | |
