Sioux County, NWIA | I went up last year a little. Hoping not to this year but fuel cost might make that a lost cause. 5x6 bales. Fuel for the baler tractor is running around $.10 per bale per $1 of fuel cost. Net runs around $.50 per turn, a $20 per roll (64x7000) increase is translating to about $.07 per turn increase. And the balers I run (new cost) are up at Keast 20% since 2018. Fun times. | |
