The fault is for manual override sensor undervolt. My experience with those tractors is that the pressure transducer in the gold manifold on the steering valve goes bad and causes problems. It's fairly straight forward to replace, although a little bit of a pain since the sensor has hydraulic lines connected to the manifold all the way around it. This makes it tough to get a wrench on it without removing most of the hydraulic lines from the manifold first.

Pretty sure that if the sensor is unplugged, fault will actually be sensor overvolt. Since it's an undervolt fault, I lean toward the sensor.
