nw-IL (Quad Cities) | If I remember correctly, I had two pairs the acre all during the growing season and they couldn't keep up with growth even after tramping some down it still kept growing. Pulled them out at frost time and back to grass pasture. I did batwing around the outside then corner to corner and put the water tank at that intersection. Gave them an idea of the boundaries and ,easier for calves to find mom's.
I don't remember seeding rates.
