Yes I'm in the camp that frost is still down there. Last Friday doing tillage on a tiled field the soil was damp in spots that tile was right underneath. We just have not been warm enough long enough to convince me otherwise.
Talking to a guy at church that was hiring some ditch cleanout with excavator. They were finding frost too.
