There's a fine line between supporting the customer and having to answer the same simple questions year after year. Believe me I was part of the Tech end for several years.
Picking a good dealer is extremely important when working with Precision type products. It does require some thinking and possibly note taking on the user's end. There are those customers who don't try to think through the situation and just want the Tech guy to get them through today. |
