East Central, Nebraska		first thing i would say is there was an offset applied accidently. i would then consider a steering controller problem.

is it truly consistent at all times meaning it is truly right on one way always and consistently off the same amount all times the other way?

just reload your line and when your loading it check to see what the offset is.
