MW ON | Looks god, here is one that I use which is low carb as well.
1 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c ground flax
1/2 c ground hazelnuts or almonds
1 1/2 c rolled oats
2 T chia seeds
4 T psyllium seed husks
1 t sea salt
1 T maple syrup - can omit
3 T coconut oil
1 1/2 c water.
Mix dry, mix wet. Combine until everything is combined and dough becomes thick. If its too thick to stir add 1 to 2 T water until dough is mamageable. Smooth top. Let sit for 2 hours or longer in parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake 300 for 20 minutes. Remove from loaf pan, place upside down and bake 30 to 40 minutes more. Cool before slicing.
