OK, I can now read seeding scripts.  Stupid mistake.  I am creating the scripts with fieldview.  If I include starter fertilizer to the script it will not read the script.  Fertilizer is the main input we want to vary.  Fieldview does not let you specify starter fertilizer name but the Pro700 wants a fertilizer name.  Called Climate to get some help.  No help so far but waiting on a call back.

Is it possible to upload a planting and a fertilizer script.  I know you cannot have 2 cn1 files on the thumb drive at the same time so I do not see how that is going to work.

Any advise out there.  Looked at all the NAT discussions on the pro700 scripting (and there are a bunch of them) but haven't come across this issue yet.

Thanks

Yes, you can definitely have both planting and liquid fert prescriptions. I've never used Fieldview, so I can't help you there, but that app should be able to export both seed and liquid Rx into a single CN1 folder. I'm pretty sure you don't need to name the fertilizer in the Rx. You just need to specify that it is a liquid Rx. As long as you're working with the liquid control channel in the Pro 700 setup, you can select any liquid Rx. The name of the product in the Rx, and the name of the product you assigned to the control channel, don't have to match. They just both have to be Liquid form.

You can run manual seed and manual liquid, manual seed and Rx liquid, Rx seed and manual liquid, or Rx seed and Rx liquid. Whatever you want. The PDF I linked earlier should walk you through everything in the display, but it assumes that the prescriptions are created correctly and exported correctly from whatever FMIS software you're using. I think that's probably where you're running into problems. Hopefully the Climate guys can help you.
