Yes. Always insert it before powering on and leave it in while it is powering off.
Got a couple more things to try this morning. I just realized after a NAT post yesterday that searches only went back 1 year or so. Used the Google method to find a lot more discussions related to the Pro 700 and Case planters. Was up until 2:00 this morning reading them. If nothing else I know I am not alone.
